Our flagship product, Arbi, gives recruiters superhuman powers — letting them instantly screen and evaluate thousands of candidates with accuracy, speed, and consistency. We’ve built the core engine, shipped real product, and have early traction — but we’re missing a critical piece: you.
The Role
We’re looking for a founder-type operator to own everything outside the codebase. Someone who thrives in the early-stage chaos, and knows how to put a company on the map. You’ll be the one opening doors, building pipeline, forging partnerships, inserting us into the right rooms — and telling our story in ways that land.
While I, Ishan (the technical founder), build, ship, and demo with the team, you’ll be out there making sure everyone knows who we are and why we matter.
What You'll Own
Represent Neuroscale AI at events, conferences, summits, and pitch rooms — with founder-level presence
Drive outbound growth: cold outreach, partnerships, pilots, investor intros, and creative GTM plays
Develop and execute our market insertion strategy across sectors (government, enterprise, startups)
Work directly with the founder on sales materials, investor decks, product demos, and deal strategy
Shape the future of our business development, sales, and GTM functions from the ground up
