We’re now hiring our Founding Revenue Lead to build our GTM & Sales engine from 0→1 and help us dominate one of the largest and fastest-expanding categories in modern software.


The Role

As our Founding Revenue Lead, you will own Neuroscale’s entire revenue function — pipeline, process, pricing, forecasting, and the first $5M in ARR. You’ll operate as a hybrid of AE, RevOps, and GTM strategist, working directly alongside the founders to design and scale an efficient, repeatable, inbound-driven revenue engine.

You will lead the charge on refining our ICP, shaping our pitch, building early playbooks, and closing deals across in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies. You will be foundational to establishing Neuroscale as the default AI recruiting OS. You will have ownership over defining:

Sales Execution

  • Own the full-cycle sales process: qualification → demo → pilot → close

  • Convert inbound pipeline from both free trials and demo requests

  • Manage a fast 2–3 week deal cycle across multiple customer types

  • Consistently beat legacy ATS/recruiting tech in competitive evaluations

GTM Strategy & Revenue Architecture

  • Build Neuroscale’s repeatable sales playbook, qualification criteria, and ICP segmentation

  • Stand up scalable revenue infrastructure (CRM workflows, forecasting, reporting, scoring)

  • Collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging, and revenue experiments

  • Analyze funnel data across trial → activation → conversion to identify PLG opportunities

  • Shape our messaging and narrative in a rapidly evolving AI recruiting market

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product on feature prioritization and customer feedback loops

  • Partner with Marketing on content, activation funnels, and demand strategy

  • Transition from IC to team builder: recruit, onboard, and mentor early AEs

  • Become a trusted face of Neuroscale to the market, customers, and ecosystem

  • Develop meaningful partnerships with key ATS Vendors (e.g Rippling, BambooHR, Ashby)

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of beating quota

  • Consistent top performer (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.)

  • Proven success closing $10K–$50K ACVs in fast-moving cycles

  • Comfortable operating with <5 person GTM teams and high ambiguity

  • Strong communicator with elite demo and consultative selling skills

  • Analytical, process-oriented, and obsessive about building scalable systems

  • Hungry, disciplined, and motivated by being truly early at a category-defining AI company


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience selling to Heads of TA, VP People, CHROs, or the broader HR/People org

  • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion and converting free signups

  • Knowledge of ATS systems, recruiting workflows, or HRTech more broadly

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series A)


Compensation:

  • $100K–$150K base salary, dependent on experience
