Founding Performance/Growth Marketing Lead
Own Paid Acquisition, Experiments, and Early PLG Loops for Neuroscale
We’re looking for a founding performance/growth marketer to own paid acquisition, high-velocity experimentation, and early PLG loops for Neuroscale — a platform that transforms recruiting into a science, helping organizations discover, outreach, and evaluate talent at scale with AI.
You’ll launch and scale paid social, optimize funnels, and turn cold traffic into qualified demos and trials. You love dashboards, A/B tests, funnel math, and finding the ad + landing combo that prints pipeline.
This is a hands-on founding IC role with a fast path to Head of Growth as we scale.

The Role
We’re looking for a founding performance/growth marketing lead to own acquisition for Neuroscale. You’ll be responsible for launching and scaling paid campaigns, running experiments across the funnel, and turning paid/cold traffic into pipeline. You’ll operate as a hybrid of performance marketer, growth hacker, and product-aware operator, working directly with the founders to build a repeatable, multi-channel acquisition engine from 0→1.

Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google to drive high-intent demo and trial signups.
Build and iterate landing pages and conversion funnels.
Stand up UTMs, attribution baselines, and reporting so we know exactly what’s working.
Run continuous A/B and multivariate experiments across ads, audiences, and messaging.
Identify early ICP signals, creative angles, and targeting that drive pipeline.
Layer in PLG activation loops and in-product growth mechanics.
Build lightweight automations, enrichment flows, and outbound systems (no-code or simple scripts).
Stand up microsites, conversion flows, and new pages without heavy engineering support.
Build a content engine (short-form video, templates, case studies) that amplifies acquisition.
Expand our experimentation and attribution frameworks as we scale spend.
Must-Have Skills (Core to the Role)
2–6 years running performance marketing / paid acquisition in B2B SaaS or similar.
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns.
Proven track record of hitting or beating pipeline / MQL / SQL targets from paid channels.
Comfortable managing $10–50K/month in ad spend with clear ROI.
Strong in landing pages, CRO, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks.
You love CPL, CAC, LTV, payback, and the creative hooks that make numbers jump.
Bias toward speed: test fast, measure ruthlessly, iterate constantly.
If your sweet spot is brand-only marketing without paid experimentation, this role won’t be a fit.

Compensation
Base Salary: $100K–$150K
Performance bonus: Quarterly bonuses tied to clear acquisition and pipeline targets
OTE: Up to $180K–$300K with performance bonuses tied to pipeline
